Booking and payment procedure

  1. To book a room in a «Vlad Marine Inn» hostel, please fill the order form on the website , send a request by fax or email, or call us
      To make your order we will need to know:
    • Your name and surname
    • How many guests will come
    • Check-in/Check-out date and time.
    • Room you wish to stay
    • How you will pay your booking
    • Your contacts (fax, telephone, email)
    • Any comments
  2. If instant booking confirmation for some reason impossible, the reservations manager will contact you as soon as possible - no later than 24 hours after receipt of the application.
  3. You can pay by cash.
    Payment confirmation is a security form, which is equivalent of cash voucher. It will be issued to you immediately on arrival.
  4. To guarantee your reservation you will need to confirm your reservation. It is necessary for you to be sure that the number will be assigned to you guaranteed until check-in and to ascertain the seriousness of your intentions to settle in our hostel.
  5. Your booking payment must be made no later than 48 hours after the time of booking . Must report the fact of prepayment reservations manager or administrator of the hotel . Otherwise , your reservation may be canceled .
  6. Considered a guaranteed reservation , which links to the hotel bill came prepayment. Upon request , the hotel can provide a written confirmation. Reservations manager or administrator will send you the hotel on the letterhead of his hotel to the designated fax or email.
  7. You can always cancel your reservation before arrival . We guarantee a full refund if reservation has been confirmed and paid for (document confirming that the payment received).
